Meet Our Teams

Administrative Team

The administrative team is a versatile force, seamlessly handling a spectrum of responsibilities. From financial management to adept data analytics and training coordination, they form the backbone of our operational efficiency. This team’s background covers a variety of fields including banking, state government, county government, and district leadership.

Literacy Team

Our literacy team members have expertise in literacy at all stages of development, from the foundational skills of early literacy to discipline-specific best practices at the high school level. As a team, they’ve taught ELA at every grade level, served as instructional coaches, supported English Learners, and led teachers in administrative roles. This team specializes in district-wide literacy audits, curriculum development, formative assessment tools, and instructional supports, all grounded in science-based literacy practices. When providing these supports in alignment to the Science of Reading, the vast majority of students can and will learn to read. The EES literacy team supports educators and administrators in taking practical and systematic steps to ensure this becomes a reality.
