She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Indiana University Indianapolis. Her role involves supporting the operations of the company and assist in the coordination of special projects.
Andrea Geschke
Andrea is part of the video team. She's a FAA certified remote drone pilot and her role is to collect and edit high-quality footage for the videos for districts. She previously worked in digital video production. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Innovation from Xavier University.
Amber Lear
Amber is part of the math team. In her position, she supports schools in developing and using standards-driven curriculum, instruction, and assessment for grades K-5. Before joining our team, she worked for 16 years in education teaching grades 2-5 and as an instructional coach. Amber has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University.
Beau Scott
Beau is the director of the STEM team. He supports schools through the STEM certification process and provides educators with a better understanding of utilizing AI. Beau previously worked as a high-ability teacher and a math and science specialist for the Indiana Department of Education. He has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Purdue University and a Qualified Teaching Status from the University of Gloucestershire.
Cindy Hurst
Cindy is the Director of Grants. She has successfully written school improvement, STEM, digital learning, and 1008 Student Learning Recovery Grants for schools in Indiana and provided support on federal Title grants for districts. Cindy earned her BS in Elementary Education from Butler University, MA in Communication Studies from Ball State University, and her PhD in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University.
Christopher Weaver
Christopher is a member of the administrative team. He leads all automation and the improvement of internal processes through technology. He also helps with manipulating data and delivering actionable reports. Christopher graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with degrees in mathematics and economics.
Denice Froiland
Denice is a member of the STEM team. Her role is to support districts with STEM certification and educate districts on computer science opportunities. Previously, she taught middle school for 6 years, was a personal trainer, and was a recruiter for laboratories. She had a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Environmental Systems from Northern Illinois University.
Jordan Pridemore
Jordan is the Director of the literacy team. She works with Indiana school districts to align curricular resources, instructional practices, and assessment systems to the Science of Reading. With science-based practices, the vast majority of children can learn to read and along with her team, Jordan supports teachers and administrators in making this a reality.

Khristy Grindle
Khristy is a member of the math team. In her role, she supports districts and teachers in the development of high-quality and standards-driven curriculum, assessments, and instructional practices for grades 6-12. Her past experience includes 11 years of teaching and working in the math department at the Indiana Department of Education. She has a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education.
Kendra Jones
Kendra is the Director of Finance. Her expertise is in banking, small business finance, and marketing. Her role is reducing inefficiencies, long-term business planning, and improving cash flow strategies. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics.
Madisson Riddle
Madisson is a member of the literacy team. Her role involves developing curriculum and assessment resources that are aligned to the Science of Reading. She previously worked as a reading interventionist and 1st grade teacher. Madisson has a Bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State and Master's from IUPUI.

Kristin is a member of the literacy team. Her expertise is in aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment systems to the Science of Reading. She previously served as an elementary and intermediate school teacher, district instructional specialist, and a technology integration coach. Kristin has her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University and her Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Marian University.

Maxwell is a member of the video team. His job as videographer and editor is to make professional videos districts can use to show how incredible their schools are. He has a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University. His past experience is in video and digital content production.
Maggie Rowlands
Maggie is the Director of the Math team. Her role is to provide high-quality, research-based guidance and tools for curriculum, instruction, and assessment. She has experience as a teacher, interventionist, and specialist with the Indiana Department of Education. Maggie holds a Masters degree in Mathematics with a concentration in K-8 Math Specialist and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics.
Nichole Creech
Nichole is part of the literacy team. Prior to joining the team, she was a classroom teacher. She has experience in 7th and 8th grade math, kindergarten, 4th and 5th grades. Her expertise is in science-aligned literacy curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
Megan Schaller
Megan is a member of the STEM team and Lead on the CREATE2THINK curriculum. With over 10 years of classroom experience, she is a former Science Department Head and Lead Teacher, Director of Robotics Education, and K-8th STEM Coordinator at one of Indiana's four Star Schools. She is also a Senior Fellow with the University of Notre Dame's Center for STEM Education.
Rachel Ryan
Rachel is the lead graphic designer on the team. Her attention to detail creates eye-catching graphic content for internal and external use. Before joining the team, she worked in marketing and graphic design for a small business. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Graphics Technology with a minor in Art and Design from Purdue University.
Rachel Cotten
Rachel is the Director of the creative team and member of the grants team. Her role is to ensure high-quality, compelling video and graphic content is created and to support the grant writing process for districts. She is a former high school English teacher. Rachel received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Indiana State University.

Garin is an Emmy award-winning videographer and a member of the creative team. He excels in storytelling as he travels to school districts to capture the amazing things happening in education. He's FAA-certified for remote drone piloting. He has over 15 years of experience working in the photo and video field.
Shannon Dines
Shannon is a member of the Mathematics team. In this role, she supports districts with curriculum, instruction, and assessment for secondary math courses. Shannon has a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Secondary Math Education and a minor in High Ability Education. She spent 5 years teaching high school mathematics and 4 years as a high ability teacher.

Tiffany is the EES Employ lead. Her position focuses on employability skills and helping districts prepare students for success after high school graduation. She has been a librarian, and taught preschool, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 7th grades over her 25 years in education. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor's Degree in Technological and Adult Education.

Tayler is a member of the literacy team. She is a former secondary English/Language Arts teacher, with experience mostly in Indiana middle schools. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in elementary education and attained added licensure in secondary ELA. Her role focuses on developing a guaranteed and viable curriculum aligned to science-based literacy practices.

He spent 12 years as a teacher and was recognized with the Milken Educator Award. He has a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, a Masters from the IUPUI Urban Principal Program, and a Ph.D. from Indiana State University.

Hannah is a member of the math team. Her expertise is in elementary math curriculum, instruction, and assessment. She has 10 years of experience teaching grades K-11, instructional coaching, interventionist, and math content editor. Hannah has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Northern Iowa.
